These beautiful pieces are ordered in small quantities; so while the first production of merchandise is being made in Medellin, customers can reserve a style/size.

Timely delivery is important to us. We make all efforts to ensure we can deliver to our customers within days of getting their pre order, but sometimes they can be delays in shipping and customs. 

We ship our products to the USA by Air rather than by ocean vessel, so it gets here faster. We will let you know if there need to be a new delivery date, at which time you are welcome to cancel your pre- order.
